Can I install the panels myself?
We advise professional installation — Kandes is an architectural panel, not a DIY product. Self-installation is only realistic with prior tiling or gypsum/plaster experience, and even then with caution. For most projects a gypsum finishing contractor is the right trade. Our installation manuals are a useful reference and a way to brief your installer.
How is the panel painted?
Panels are installed unfinished and painted on-site in any colour. After joints are filled and sanded, the wall takes primer and a standard interior finish coat — the same specification your painter already uses.
How quickly can panels be delivered?
As the producer, Kandes holds stock of every model in the catalogue. Delivery within the EU takes 5–8 working days; lead time is dispatch time, not production time.
How do I get pricing?
Every wall is quoted individually. Send the wall dimensions through Get a quote — or plan the wall first and request the quote from the planner. We reply within 24 hours.

How to install the panels?
While it’s possible to install the panels yourself, we recommend hiring a qualified professional—especially if you have no prior experience with tile or wall panel installations.
Any skilled tiler can easily handle the installation, and if you're adding LED lights, a qualified electrician may be required for installation in Switzerland. You can access a detailed installation guide here. A more comprehensive guide will also be included in the packaging of your order.
